What time is check-in & check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.

Is there parking on site?

There is no parking on site but a 24-hour parking garage is conveniently located at 2 Titcomb Street, which is just a 3 minute walk from the inn.

If you choose not to park at the garage, there are several on-street parking options nearby without time limits shown in the map below.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are allowed in our lower-level suite (Cabin Suite). Sorry, we do not allow cats! There will be an additional $100/night dog fee charged and only 1 dog per reservation is allowed. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not exempt from this fee. Dogs are never permitted on furniture or in beds and must not be left unattended at the property. Guests who arrive with unannounced dogs or any other animals will incur a $500 penalty fee. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and ensure they are well-behaved at all times.

Do you have air-conditioning?

Yes, each room has air-conditioning.

Is there daily housekeeping?

Daily housekeeping is not provided with our contactless service model. Guests will have 24/7 access to guest closets should they need additional amenities. Door codes for closets will be provided at check-in.

What is your payment & reservation policy?

For all stays, 100% of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. Please note that we do not accept cash, checks or ACH payments. A confirmation will be sent once your payment is processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund, less a $75 service fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

If any change of dates is requested within 14 days, regardless of the reason, a one-time change is permitted, subject to availability, rates and minimum stay restrictions. There is a $50 fee for this change and your deposit becomes non-refundable. 

For larger group reservations of four or more rooms, advanced cancellation notice of 60 days is required. For reservations longer than 7 nights, a 30 day cancellation notice is required for a full refund, less $75 cancellation fee.

Are there quiet hours?

For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours begin at 9pm and end at 7am. Patio access will be closed during these hours.
